I mean, at least she is putting her knowledge into how to how to run a kingdom into use whenever Greed just sorta goes "this is mine now and I'm gonna start hoarding countries, bc I can even though idk how to run them, but neither do you" and is less useless than she can't help to be like you said.
I don't hate that the FL is useless. I can understand her circumstances and with the situation she's in, what can she do? Against those deplorable human beings? Talking doesn't get through those thick skulls of theirs, and not like she could fight. This is why I really dislike humans; they make me sick.
Although those foolish human beings are just unlucky. Who will easily believe that a dragon exists? They rather believe her to be a witch and a threat to the kingdom.
