Don't worry about it.
The cause isn't your laptop nor the internet connection it is a problem with one of your browser's plugins or one of the scripts ran in the page and it can happen to anyone.
When it does, just close the browser and restart it. If it doesn't close immediately, you'll have to wait. If you don't want that - I don't know how much you're familiar with your computer - but you have something called task manager (it is summoned by right - clicking on an empty space in the task bar (where you have all your icons, clock, sound icon etc.).
Choose Task Manager, you'll see first the applications tab and your browser's name in there, right click on it, pick "go to process". It will take you to another tab and highlight the process for you like "firefox.exe". Right click on it and choose "end process" and the browser will be closed.
Of course this is only to be used for shutting down applications but not processes used by the system.

I HAVE A PROBLEM :"( when i was reading yaoi a minute ago, it was laggy and the page told me that the web didn't respond so they give me choices to wait or close the page.
but when i read yesterday was fine...
idk what happened here.. is that my laptop or the web has doing some maintenance??? PLEASE DOES ANYONE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM AS ME??
