The Imagine being is sarcastic and is a joke. It's basically like saying "imagine me sleeping at 2 am cause I'm binge-watching anime" Except in reality it is that way. So if u take away the 'imagine being' that should be the full sentence of what Oof (the person who made the comment) is trying to convey.
Imagine being mentally unstable and you just wanna end your life because you're done with all the shiz that's been happening and your family, despite being aware of it, doesn't even try to stop you..instead they hate you because of it-
