So basically she realizes he looks a lot like her Theo (from her previous life) and asks herself if he mightve been reborn again, but then he opens her eyes and she reacts without thinking. She curses him for making her kill him with her own hands among other things while crying as he barely manages to say "W-who are you?", then she loses her hold on the belt aeound his neck and as he gasps for air, she kisses him while saying that regardless of all that, she still loves him, her tears mingling with his (or maybe its just her tears on his face, its not really clear, dude is just trying to not die via suffocation lol)
