Someone said in the comments that the real her was actually in the hospital suffering from cancer since the family starved her since she didn't eat dinner with them (they could've just asked tf), they said that she has cancer cause she lacked nutrients and another disease that I forgot about... also her real stepfamily cried in the hospitaly... and she ends up with the Crown Prince

Well i personally think its because her mother died she became depressed and ignored the family... like that one scene where she got bullied by her classmates and the 2nd brother wanted to help her... like they want to get closer to her but she's so distant to the point where they force her to talk to them which became something like abuse... like the cause of her illness where her brother stole her money for food since she never eat with them in dinners or something...
