My thoughts

I'm happy he killed him, I wanted him to since the beginning. The only thing I don't like that much is how messed up he is from the outcome of the whole fiasco.

Here's my thoughts on this manhwa.

Tbh Clark was messed up to begin with. In the beginning they showed how he had poisoned the kitten as a kid, his hobby was to collect reports on crimes and he couldn't keep normal relationships. Both of them were psychopaths, but Clark didn't seem to have the same kind of trauma as Alex or was waiting for a valid reason to kill a human. And the way he got away with murdering Alex... Clark was the true mastermind. What got to me was his attachment to Dr. Choi. Clark clearly had some kinds of feelings there. Since he seemed to lack empathy, and logic and manipulation alone weren't enough, he couldn't keep the romantic relationship going with Dr. Choi. They didn't show him regretting anything else than losing his relationship with Dr. Choi. And his death became Clark's reason to commit murder. And again, he plotted it from start to finish and didn't murder Alex in a fit of emotion. He was calm and collected. Like a true psychopath. And that's why this manhwa was so brilliant.

Absolutely, I agree! He was messed up but I think after commiting the murder he got a bit more messed up...

Like part of me thought he might become like Alex and murder. But maybe what he said at the end of the story was to mean that he just doesn't want to get involved in romance anymore.

Exactly. Tbh if Clark was the one to be killed by Alex I wouldn’t feel hurt as much as I do right now. But in the end the manipulative devil won. Alex was just a miserable lost soul, inside he was still the same child who got abandoned and never felt loved. Poor him and those victims. The only one I never felt sympathy towards was Clark and unfortunately he is the only one left alive
