ABOUT THE MALE LEAD: The ML who ends up with the FL is Daniel (the assassin king / final boss villain in the OG novel). MC makes contact with the other secondary MLs from the story and succeeds in saving them from their fate in the novel. They all become very close and are SUPER protective of her, but they love her like a little sister, NOT romantic love. Same for the FL, she cares about them and think they're handsome but it's not romantic. She only falls for Daniel.

THE FL'S ILLNESS: The illness is actually sustained by hatred. So basically because there are all these rumors about Princess Libertia being cold and evil, everyone in the kingdom hates her and that's causing the illness. Early on in the story (before it's discovered that the illness is caused by hatred) some of the other characters realize there's something weird about how the rumors about Libertia started/are spread and that there seems to be someone behind them. So someone was deliberately creating bad rumors about Libertia in order to fuel her illness.

THE REAL VILLAIN: Is Lisian's (Libertia's mother) uncle. He is actually extremely old because he found a way to extend his life: the blue flower that grows on the graves of those who die from the illness. As a result, he's been doing cruel and painful experiments on his female family members, including Lisian and Liberta + is the one who spread the rumors about both Lisian and Liberta being evil villainesses. Lisian was actually an innocent victim but because her family and uncle were so powerful + the emperor hated her because he was hung up on his first love and also believed the rumors about her, she had no one to turn to and could only try to protect her daughter on her own.

THE FL's REAL IDENTITY: The FL is actually Liberta's sister!! Lisian actually gave birth to two daughters, Liberta and Alicia. During their childhood, both daughters were experimented on but Alicia got it way way worse. Because of the experiments, Lisian had some powers. She gave part of her powers to her two daughters to try and protect them. Liberta couldn't stand seeing her sister suffer, so she used her powers to send Alicia to a different dimension (our world) where she'd be safe and happy, wiping Alicia's memories in the process. However, Liberta created the novel which served as a doorway between their two worlds. The novel worked both ways and Liberta could also see things happening in Alicia's life as well. She saw that Alicia was going to be murdered by a mugger and so that's why she brought Alicia back to their world and gave Alicia her body.
