I don't drink soda or coffee at all, only tea since I was a child. Green tea with mint is a nice wake-up tea and can replace the caffeine intake you used to get from cola. Well I have 4-6 different teas and different times of the day, but I thought green tea might be the best substitute for cola for you. But if you can find Yerba or Assam black tea that also has high caffeine content.
