The uke is sick with leukemia..
The seme is a j@rk who is cheating on him and when our uke goes for his chemo the seme thinks that he is cheating so he abused and raped the uke.
Mind that they are together 14 years and the ukes priority was semes happiness.
Finally uke leave that toxic relationships and move on with his doctor who is the sweetest seme ever..
But he is terminal ill his time is running out.
