You make it seem like having sex with other people is such a bad thing. There are many things to worry about than worrying about a character having multiple partners or sleeping around. I say no to child porn/ shota.

well, although I don't agree with rape being a decent starting point to a good relationship lol, Kei learns to respect the protags boundaries after wanting to pursue a relationship with him and they end up having a healthy relationship that leads to their marriage... I think the story overall is very cute despite the rape, because it doesn't happen again thankfully.
