usually the every piercings with the round thingy is a the part that unscrew
Okay did my bit of research before answering this comment, so apparently the little rod attached to the main tube can be unscrewed, so you'll need to insert the tube rod into the urethra, and then take the little rod, push it through the piercing hole and screw it back into the tube rod so the whole thing will stay in place
Wait how does the piercing go in when its shaped like that? On page 32 he was holding it up when he said they can switch to that when its healed up, cause its shaped like a -| does that part unscrew?
