I think the seme is already married but the guy still likes him and meets up with him but then the uke is fed up already and he met another seme. The first seme was kind of a yandere so he forced the uke to stop seeing the other seme and was abusing him but in the end he lets go of the uke (⊙…⊙ )
the uke has like above the shoulders straight hair(?) the seme also gave the uke some burn marks i think the seme said something like " they never really broke up"
