Why ? I loved the art and btter that it was colored and you have to admit the art in here is 10000000 times better than alot of other manga's
It is coloured because it is a MANHWA it is supposed to be colored not to mention it is Korean -_-

Your right about the manhwa and also manhwa is sometimes known for having colorful drawings but this art style was years ago? And I think they putted those filters because they dont have that much tools for making the art better. Well it's your opinion, so keep it.
Definitely didn't like the art. Full color made it look messy and cheap, not to mention the filtered photos.
