If I remember correctly and if I’m right (from chap 43), his name is Michael. He is a Count and he had joined as the number 1 graduate with wind magic. Ishid did comment(from his thoughts) that he may appear to be a talented youth but just by the thought that he managed to attain this position because of his ancestor’s line of hereditary succession and no matter how he dressed so extravagantly, he has a untold secret or plan/motive. Yunnifer did mention in one of the chapters that he is apparently the second male lead in the original novel.

I have gotten the information (sort of) from reading the Chinese translation of the manhwa (and yes I really read this manhwa two to three times. I just love this manhwa)
