I’m not sure if this right but I think he means like he will be able to hang out with Kuroe friends again if he keeps dating him

I think he likes the atmosphere of his friends and if he keeps dating kuroe then he would get to hang out wit them. I don’t think he meant anything bad by it like him trying to get wit his friends

I think he meant if I start dating him we can go around the campus during the festival ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ
