--consensual but that and the fact that it's fiction doesn't make it any less wrong. Particularly in this genre when you read it over and over in various storylines, it's basically desensitizing people. It makes people go from yeah rape is bad to well not if you really love that person.
That's not what I meant by my comment. What I meant is that we all know that Asami raped Aki, but there is point to still discuss it - it just happened. Generally I do not like rape in yaoi and I do not think that it is OK (love regardless). I like when people discuss what is happening now then discussing over and over what happened in the first chapter...
Perhaps some people are new to the story and just feel the need to point it out?
