I'm not trying to lecture, but listen. Teamwork is always happen in school, in university, and even in the future when you work. What Sangwoo has done make him looked like he was smart, but really? Not everytime the case is like that. He did all the work, and he's the smart one? Isn't that mean he's the foolish one? (Sangwoo's fan please hear me out first).

I believe you've read "On & Off" (it's in this website, it has 9.7 rating, and it's good you have to read it). Was the mc smart? No. His team capable of working all of the work without him. So what did he do? - He handle them. He knows how to steer them. They almost looked like they work under him. You know what's funny? Almost successful people is like that, believe me. My boss doesn't know how to do the work that I do everyday on the computer. But he is perfect in talking to people. He has this skill to make people listen to him.

So embrace your team. I don't know how worse your case, but I kinda believe not all people are that bad. Get to know them, maybe they had reason. It may looked like too much work, but that's also a skill in itself. It'll benefit you in a way.

So don't do your friend's part in a project, they have to do it themself! Removing their name looks like a good thing, but hey it means you free them from their part, means extra work to save your project. Hell no, I wouldn't - I drag them to work if I can.

You think Sangwoo’s the type to lead people and spoon feed them? lol

That’s not his character and that’s fine. You know intelligence manifests in different forms, right? He’s not the socially aware type and that’s fine.

Thats fuckin great, fuck those three random mfs too. You didn't waste your time like they did, and you got that shit done. I hope you got a good grade.

I admit I wasn't really clear but actually, I was referring to the people who complain/comment about their experience in doing projects with a team. Not really about Sangwoo, okay. He was badass, but the comment section got it wrong and I just feel like maybe I can give insight, that maybe beneficial if you try to implement it.

I hope I can scream it: Almost all higher ups (that I know) can only talk, but they also great at handling people. They make you work for them. That's what I was trying to say. Make them work for you. If you wanna be the hardworker one, who works alone, it's okay too I guess.

To Regress Dude, like the other said, you deserved the good grade.

And here is a robot trying to mimic human emotion. You sound like a robot. "Whoa." Also everyone has atleast have that one moment in their life, they're just expressing their frustrations.

I always use that 'whoa', thank you for the advice, didn't know it sounded like robot.

btw I've been told to at least share something I think important so other people will benefit from it like it benefit me. How they choose to take it, be it against it or being ignorant, is out of my control. So here I was just sharing. Didn't mean to sound like I'm better.
