I believe this this a flashback of the first time... where it all started them sleeping together during a work thing when they were drunk. We just didn’t know Alek was really the one to start everything yeah :)

I get what happened but when did this flashback happen???? Was that when Hen first started acting the way he did from the mark?? Or was that before the mark? Cuz he was saying “I like you director Alek” and all that...
