I don't understand what happen to sato's story
Sato twins get really attach to Mei. Mei picks girl Sato to date. Boy twin Sato kisses Mei in his sleep to hurt his sister, wanting her to share his pain even a little. t. But she kills herself. Mei refuses the boy twin still. Sato twin boy follows Mei to his uni. Akira spots him and starts to hit on the twin Sato. But Akira has a boyfriend. When twin Sato learns about this and that he is also a "Sato". He decides to make him feel the same way as him by taking Akira away from him. Even though new "Sato" had nothing to do Mei. But new Sato took revenge by taking Mei, but he fell in love for real with Mei. And Mei is falling in love with new Sato. So twin Sato completely lost in the end. But got stuck with asshole Akira. Akira is just an ass, twin Sato who is an ass to can have him.

Twin sato is an ass and he do deserve akira!! They’re perfectly match! So, mei is in love too with new sato? I read this several time but I still not sure about mei’s feeling to new sato
To add to this amazing explanation, it also hints that Mei at one point didn’t know which Sato twin he really liked (if he fell in love for real with Sato girl or if it was just bc it is what was expected of him)
So probably Mei liked Sato boy twin but after the girl’s death he couldn’t bring himself to accept those feelings, and getting in a relationship with Sato was a penance for all the hurt he caused
Sadly Mei ended up falling in love with Sato and has to live with the idea that Sato might never believe in his love and will always be hurting in the relationship
