I once read this omegaverse, I like the story, but somehow forgot to bookmark it. Thus I didn't remember what the title was when I'm gonna read it again..
If anyone have any idea, do hit me up (●'◡'●)ﾉ

So the story goes like this as far as I can remember..
There's two pairs of couple, but their pair isn't their fated mate. Like...

The first couple : The omega got together with the alpha. But the alpha isn't his fated mate. They truly love each other though.

The second couple : The alpha was schoolmate with the first couple, he tried to mark the omega back then but the first alpha beat him to it (I can't remember if that's what really happened..)
But he was actually the fated mate of the first omega. Because the first alpha marked his fated mate, he lives miserably and fxck around. Eventually he picked up a homeless omega and they become fxck buddy. As the fate had it, the omega he took in was actually the fated mate of the first alpha.
I don't remember how it goes, the omega became depressed and binge on suppresents.
The alpha regrets what he had done to the omega as he already fell in love with the latter. But it's all too late, because the omega eventually suffers as the after effects of the suppresents and losing his memories by each day. Still, at the end he went for rehab or therapy, I guess? Accompanied by the second alpha to treat his illness.

As closure, the first alpha and his research team tried to find treatment and produce new kind of suppresent drug that wouldn't affect omegas like what happened to the second omega, so that all omegas would live in comfort as well.
