I think the only BL I've read where I like the second couple more is Kashikomarimashita Destiny lol. I don't like second couples that much so I was damn surprised that I absolutely adored and loved the second couple there.
If you'd go so far as to change the plot, main characters AND cover... why not just MAKE a new book. I hate when authors do this, because more often then not, I end up liking the first part and hating the second. How am I supposed to rate that
