Hello! Based on what I understood in this chapter:
1. They can't legally get married in Japan since it's not legally recognized by the Japanese government (in fact last June 2020 parties submitted a bill to legalize it but the government itself declined for a debate/hearing) I think it was just a small gathering to celebrate their 'union' as partners & lovers.
2. He started wetting his bed because of anxiety and emotionally distress - drinking is also a fact of it since alcohol thru ur kidneys release more water(aka urine)
3. Sadly, they broke up. :(
4. It was in the ending note of the translator, the uke and seme reacted violently towards each other and they end up physically hurting. It wasn't on the manga but it was on the essay of the uke.
