That can't be true. Hwan is possessive of chinwoo. I don't think he will allow anyone to touch his precious chinwoo. Look at how he glares at jin. Hwan loves chinwoo more than anything even the author testified to that. I don't know why people keep suspecting him.
....Danhwan is the one sending the villains to Cheon Chiwoo without realizing it I mean its weird that they are only attack him maybe just maybe Danhwan is involved in all this because he didn't really had a reaction when Chiwoo transformed in front of him
