I don't think razel is papa Lee's ex. He just has an obsessive love for papa lee. Papa lee didn't reciprocate his feelings.
Actually, Razel is indeed the ex of khaki. And khaki is the reason why the Lycan is now a vampire. They are both leaders/elders in their clans. Razel with the lycans and khaki with the vampires.
