This manga is now pushing it with the sadness. Maybe its just the way its being incorporated, but its starting to feel a tad bit unrealistic.

No, this kind of things happen a lot, people just don’t talk about it...

The child molestation and beatings weren't what I meant. I'm saying the way they keep compounding everything is making it unrealistic.

I kind of agree with Momo, I mean first the mom gets into an accident, her family dies, she is deformed, her boyfriend dumps her, she dies during pregnancy, her kid gets stolen, her not-stolen kid is mute, her stolen kid is raped (assuming), her new husband dies when the youngest is still in high school, her step son kisses her daughter

I mean this is all too much crazy shit to be a coincidence
BUT its ok it keeps me interested, just less surprised

Yeah, I kinda agree. The mother's accident, her face, bullying, her death, the deaf daughter, the abduction, the no-incest kiss, the poverty, the rape, etc. I mean, I understand the intention, this shit happens, but the way is presented: constant tragedies in short and consecutive chapters collide with the fact that it tries to be grounded but there is little room to breath from the sadness. IDK, it looks like it tries to much to make a point. Maybe another format could have helped the story to grow a little better but, based in the other works, is the author style. I still like their drawings, but I will probably wait is finished to read it again.
