You have no logical basis for that. Relationships are "toxic" when the two parties involved get hurt. For example, one side verbally and physically abusing the other side is WRONG. One side manipulating and taking advantage of the other side is WRONG. There needs to be actual "harm" inflicted between the two parties for a relationship to be toxic. It doesn't have anything to do with external barriers (eg. the barrier being the fact that theyre siblings on PAPER, or the barrier being their families). The way you sound, is the exact reasoning people used back in history to discriminate against homosexuality. People would say it's NOT NORMAL. IT'S WRONG. Without actually providing a solid philosophical or ethical reasoning as to WHY it's so wrong. A relationship between two consenting adults who love each other and are happy with each other is wrong... just cause theyre the same gender and that's illegal on paper???
haesoo and jowoon met each other as teens. they have no sibling bond that has manifested since young, the way ACTUAL siblings do. they never even viewed each other as siblings because they met each other when they were so much older, and grew attracted to each other instead. Incest was only deemed ethically wrong/immoral in many cultures because of the issue of reproduction. When blood-related siblings have children, the babies are susceptible to a lot of genetic defects, which is why it was made illegal in the first place. But in multiple cultures around the world it is still very acceptable. Besides with haesoo and jowoon... theyre both men, they cant even have biological children. AND. theyre not blood related.
