I completely understand what you mean. I was really disappointed when this long awaited reunion battle turned out to be nothing. But I think the main thing with Shin-woo is that he is a really powerful force but he's also untrained, completely new, and right now just running on talent. He never learned much but the basics from his teacher and he just recovered his chi center recently. But I think it's weird that his development is uneven and wishy washy, but it's good to see him build his resolve now against his teacher. I'm just wondering how long they're going to make this because it doesn't look like they're ending any time soon and yet they have a hard enough time as it is giving weekly updates.
The build the gaju disciple up like he is some unheard of force that's stronger than anybody yet he continues to get his ass whooped ? Make up your mind is he the strongest SOB or not? So I'm thinking I can get pasdt that because the theme for him in his fights is not that he wins but that no matter how much you beat him down he won't give up but this chapter didn't stand by theme at all. A couple flashy panels and he's down? That's it? All that build up for this? Bullshit. Did anyone else expect him to jumpup when goon was stepping on his head? In conclusion I'm very disappointed.
