At a certain page during her execution papa seems to bite his lips and he has a distraught face as if he didn't want to kill her but he had no choice because the people wanted her dead. I'm in no way trying to defend him, he certainly could have acted better if he really loved her. All I'm saying is that I'm keen on hearing his part of the story cause I started full on hating papa Claude but now I love him *^*
