it's probably not Jake and I kinda like that since they somehow decided now to raise her together and treat her as if she was like both their daughter and I like that kind of patchwork family thing here especially with all the stuff they went through in the last couple chapters..
but I also don't think that she is the daughter of Kyle because then he could come up later and ruin everything by claiming custody or something. I think Emily was like the product of one of his forced surrogacy jobs and the family that were the "client" to "receive" her after Sean gave birth didn't want her because of her disease/ chronically illness so now he is all alone w her
