I agree 100%. The circumstances of them meeting are too weird, him saying “I’m your owner” creeped me tf out. Also, its not like he knows she technically 34, he thinks she’s 16. The way I see she is physically and mentally 16 because of the abuse she went through.
But it is not for love but protection so i agree with what is happening, as long as it builds to a normal relationship afterwards
I think age gap is fine if there's love and one of them isn't underage.
Unfortunately, neither of those conditions have been met here.
And no, I don't care about her mental age. She went from 16 to baby to a highly abusive situation. Mental stunting is definitely still an issue here, even if the author doesn't play it off that way. She is definitely still emotionally compromised.
