bb, you don’t have to finish SVSS (take a pause!) - tbh it’s NOT my favorite. Luo binge was too unstable for my liking. BUT this one [heaven’s blessing] I love even more than MDZS and that’s saying something bc I adore Wei Ying.

I knoow! I read a few chapters of HOB a while ago and I liked it, but I kinda feel like I will never finish SVSSS once I get into it. I think what's turning me off is the main couple, specifically LBH. I like the original LBH more actually, and he's barely there. Shen Jiu too. I mean I'm reading fanfics more than the actual novel at this point.
Yea. Same happened to me. But a recently fujoshied bestie of mine read it in like one breath and we got into a challenge to see who would finish first. She won of course, but it encouraged me to finish so we could fangirl together.
I finished read all of them n re-read them again so many times
I always lose to challenges like that, mostly with TV shows with my friend.
I kinda hoped fanfics would stimulate my interest but it was a contra effect. I'm like half way trough the novel and just stopped there
Challenges like that are stupid because either you end up losing interest in it or you end up going through it and not absorbing a single detail
