It only makes sense if the little girl is 6-7, because maybe she could have been pregnant and he went to get treatment for those 7 years.
He probably needed to get better since he wasn’t doing ok and Sori might’ve been pregnant at the time or she adopted ╥﹏╥
I don’t get what happened in the end??? So he did not die? And if not, why is that the first time he’s meeting his daughter?? I really don’t get it.
