No because we need to hear everybody backstory to see why they act the way they act. Because even the most dangerous criminals have a backstory.

Many didn’t like backstories not because they didn’t want to get to know the characters but because it’s obvious at this point that they really are just trying to make the story long. You don’t just drop all the backstories of all the characters in one single event. Didn’t you all realize that all of these is happening in one time frame and several chapters have passed already.

Again, just to stress once more, no one is hating on the idea of inserting backstories of any story because at times it is needed. However, many has been particular on the OVERUSE of backstories because it has stopped contributing on the development of the story of the MAIN CHARACTERS. It was unnecessary.

I mean not really, I mean this is an important part of the story where the mc is lost smooth a villain type so they need to build a lot of suspense by doing something. I guess they used backstories to do it lmao

we over here getting backstories of the charactars no-one asked for. like all these charactars have a "depressing " as past that makes them be complete dickheads and sociopathic abusers. but can we just move on from this ;-; and get more for the main characters.
