This is just my interpretation with what happened. So the doctor was having an affair with another guy before he met mc. He continued the affair when he was getting to know the mc in the beginning but cut it off when he was getting serious. So the doctor and mc become lovey dovey until the doctors friend met mc. He told mc that doctor liked to play around with people and then cut them off, so the friend was surprised they were still together. So mc was in denial until one day he was waiting in the doctors house for him.

He looked through his old yearbooks and saw a picture of him when he was in high school. Mc then realized that doctor was actually his old tutor that he used to have a crush on. (So he wasn’t completely straight from the beginning.) Doctor had like blonde hair at the time so you couldn’t really tell it was the same guy. Mc was mad he didn’t tell him so he went downstairs to look for him but found doctor really close to the guy he used to have an affair with. (Dw doctor wasn’t kissing the other guy or anything)

So then mc gets mad and stops contacting doctor. Right now doctor is trying to get back with mc and that where it ends (づ￣ ³￣)づ
