Think in MC's perspective.
Imagine dying hundreds and even thousands of times while fighting and killing throughout your life. The mental stress must be crazy.
Imagine right this moment you get transported to a martial art type world, and you can't even commit suicide since you return to the previous mornjng when you do, and you kill everyone to the point of having a nickname about killing.
If you ever got back to this world, you'd also rather not deal with killing and fighting every moment.
The girls are annoying as fuck tho. Like why is the red haird girl "protecting" the NC when she very clearly knows he's hiding his true power, and the daughter thinks he's weak despite seeing the monster cores and hunter's pass.
NOT TO MENTION HE KNOWS THE STRONGEST PEOPLE

This is what happens when you've read solo Leveling. Then you start comparing the story to solo Leveling and everything just isn't as great as solo loveling. Like lol wth （￣へ￣）
100% full on agreed with this. The author has written the story in such a condescending way that later on as the story progresses, those girls are all going to show shame for underestimating the ML, wen it is revealed. That will display his supremacy in an absolute way. I hate such storylines, where main characters don’t have any development at all. Since he’s already strong there can be no growth at all :(
It would make sense if ML had started teaching/ guiding his daughter, but again the author I feel being too obvious here. If he teaches her, what if she also grows very strong. So later on, he can’t be the knight in shining armour. Ughh!!! Hate these kind of stories
to be fair, i tend to not like the way a lot of women (mostly the side characters) are written in stories, but... all of these characters are kind of annoying??? the girls, that's already been said and done plenty of times so i won't even get on that, but the MC and his actions make no sense to me??? he's annoying in the way that he has NO personality at all. he also barely uses his power for jack shit. and he's... he never stands up for himself??
granted, that might also come with my gripe about the story itself, or the lack thereof.
idk where im going with this. i just saw a lot of people give the girls flack (fair) but tbh, the MC kinda sucks ass too.
