You can find your followed questions on your notifications when someone sends a reply. Or better yet, you can click on the title of this topic (it should redirect you to another page). Press the "Like" button. All topics you liked will then be saved and can be accessed from your homepage*. Hmm its similar to the pin feature on Pinterest.
