Why's it called "Blue Sky Complex?"

Is it an actual Complex? If so what is it?

    Hmm. Good question! Not a native speaker but I'd hedge a bet and say it literally means "to be obsessed/ enamoured with the blue sky". Perhaps, on a broader scale, to desire freedom. But that doesn't really fit in with the manga's theme. What do you think?
