Who gets the mumps anymore?

Someone who didn't get their MMR booster ...my nephew got it at 9 months, I think before his 1st MMR.

I’m sorry to hear that. But as an adult? Do people in Japan not vaccinate? It”s just a weird plot to me.

You can still get mumps even when vaccinated. There will be no complications and it won't be critical though.
