hm idk i think he likes her if not then he’s just really affectionate of her but he’s probably scheming something

I think it's because he doesn't want medea to marry king henel, medea is a smart woman, it will be dangerous if medea can help king henel to take down the empire or something, it's just my opinion tho, but based on the story so far i don't think the prince has a heart to love someone, he also doesn't care about medea before hearing her engagement with king henel (he said that medea's engagement with king henel is not a good news, and he straight up seduce medea after that)
