I personally haven't experienced that much and when I did, it was probably cause the connection was bad. But you may wanna try changing to desktop mode (if you're on mobile) or using different browsers

I can’t add anything to my lists. “Want to read”, “reading”, “already read” or even other customized lists.
Is anybody else having this problem or know how to fix it?
