Didnt this character torment and bully izuku for years? And you mustnt have been bullied at all in your life to say that whatever happened in the past doesnt matter how fucking dare you undermine people who have been bullied when they were kids. He knows he bullied him and they both understand that. Now after some CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT he has realized what he did was wrong. Also, Izuku never really took it that harsh, he still saw Katsuki as a friend and never resented him. Now Katsuki wants to prove he's not just a bully but, someone who was raised differently and really was just scared. Thank for listening to my Ted Talk LOL.

You do realize that just because midoriya didn't blame him for it it doesn't change the reality of bakugou being an ass to everyone except maybe kaminari and kiri? let's see it this way, if you had a friend in a clearly abusive relationshiop that they defended their lover even tho they were abusing them would it count less as abuse?
i don't want bakugou to die or anything but i think horikoshi was doing a poor job writing his redemption BEFORE the last few chapters... He did acknowledge his insecurities but he never did apologize for his treatment of deku and still behaved like an ass to everyone after that...i didn't expect him to be less loud and explosive, but there's a difference from having a strong personality and being an asshole and bakugou is an asshole. It's like Horikoshi aimed for vegeta but barely made this watered-down version with no resolution. I really liked his willpower when he was held hostage by the villains tho. Idk how it can look like they were friends all along for you but to me bakugou clearly didn't see deku as a friend all this time. tho they kinda seem that way now in a little healthier rival/friend dynamic...don't get me wrong, i want bakugou to develop, but i really dislike the bakugou that the main personality trait is being the one who only says nasty things about everyone and screaming for ALMOST 300 chapters. That's boring and poorly written.

Sure midoriya was scared at one point, but he never stopped calling katsuki kacchan, and sure he was annoyed but through our he started to acknowledge how izuki was, katsuki was scared of being taken over as he had pressure of being one of the most “promising” ones. They actually saw each other as pillars to move upwards, to move up to get stronger but most people just don’t try to read hard into it

first off, fuck you for thinking I’m a bully even tho I remembering just having to laugh and acting like what people said were jokes even tho I thought at one point of wanting to kill myself whenever I was somewhere high. Second of all, I don’t know if you actually read but even tho izuki was scared, he saw katsuki as kacchan and never stopped even tho he could have stopped calling him that name. They both saw each other as a pillar to climb higher. Both parties had trouble mostly kacchan with mental health. Most who are very smart tends to be the ones who are depressed, and the fucking point is for someone to become a better person and know better than staying the same.

i'm more of a judge of the author than the character himself...i started reading bnha thinking it was the best shonen from these times, but nowadays i'm more skeptical i guess...bakugou could have been incredible. He had the background to have the most interesting development but i think horikoshi is really botching it
