If I'm not mistaken in this one the Omega is the one that marks the Alpha so his sperm won't work with anyone other than the omega who imprinted. But the sperm bank talk is them saying that his sperm won't be fertile for the same reason he can't get another pregnant.

Yeah I don't remember where I read it but I know that the Omegas in this one can mark the Alpha that's why he was so mad about in the first chapter.
