My sister is 5ft 9 and shes considered tall. It depends where you live, like china you would be like a giant to them, and my sisters friends where also very tall, she was the shortest of the group. one girl was 6ft 7, no one mess with her there! Men are the ones who makes it a big deal out of it

Yeah, it all depends on where you live. I am barely 5'5" and I was one of the "tallest" girl in HS.
Average female height in Japan is 5'1" (158cm). I'm 5'6"-- was practically towering over all the female students when I taught in Japan.
I would like to say I am average height and wear hills. She is not tall in my opinion but maybe it is different for asian standards....idk
