A tie between Nike from Soredemo sekai wa ustukushii and Shirayuki from Akagami no Shirayukihime.
To be honest, I never liked any of the heroines. I did enjoy the mangas though. Say I Love You has the most amazing art ~ if only it was a yaoi. I liked Hot-Blooded Woman, but Ha Ji was an idiot.
I liked Crazy Girl Shin Bia and Bia wasn't too bad a character. She didn't annoy me.
Red River is an awesome one too, but Yuri ticks me off for some reason. I suspect it might be because she chose Kail instead of Ramses.
Let's see, what else...Heart no Kuni no Alice is a good one if you like hot guys (and who doesn't?), but it doesn't get interesting until the plot twist in the end. I actually didn't see it coming and it was pretty sad. Alice was too fickle for my liking though.
