The same thing is happening to me as well :( If you’re using a phone or something you have to close the app or something and reopen it (double tap home button and swipe away the app your using). If you’re on a laptop or computer you have to close the website or whatever your using and then reopen it. I’m not sure if it will work for you, but it does for me
