The kidnapper killed the sister, uhm I don't really understand what you mean by this but i can tell you what happened to him, basically the seme was killed by his old boss, and in the end the uke jumped off a high spot because he couldn't take the pain anymore and in the last panel he met his lover in the afterlife.
