I love revenge fics. But this one is terrible. Iris gets a smartphone and has so much knowledge such as manufacturing methods of well everything and she rarely uses it! don't get me wrong I also think it's stupid how they confuse science with magic and ignore their own magic like magic stones. Anyways, Iris is impulsive. We saw that her cousin adapted to the changes and ignore her fiance and that stupid Iris still believes everything should go according to her past. I would say that's what pissed me off the most, like every FL assumes their actions won't make changes. Idiots. The few who are aware are really cool FL and are underappreciated.
I'm on chapter 50 now and i cringed seeing iris being so sure that she can catch howard and nera's affair after marriage, while howard is obviously already more attracted to her than to nera, nera also even found her own new goal to take down iris while iris still stuck with her past
I'm sorry this starting to get too one-sided for me, she's already a high-tier noble, went back in time, has memories and knowledge from both, the first timeline and modern world, and a smartphone that apparently connects to the internet and gives her all information in the modern world, along with the memories and knowledge of a 40+-year-old woman in both modern world and current dumb world.
At this point, she's like a professional chess player, playing against toddlers with cheat codes. Like your typical rewind revenge trope where everything goes their way.
Damn it spice it up a bit, with one of her enemies retaining his/her memory of the previous life or something. For Pete's sake, it's the same reparative crap.
And she's already a great name noble, to begin with, and now she has the potential to be the grand dutches and later on an empress and marry her handsome man and the two became the best Emperor and Empress ever in all of History.
I swear the author is like self inserting at this point. Ugh, this Bullshit is why I'm not a fan of rewind revenge.
Can SOMONE please tell me the spoilers of what happened to Howard Griffin!? I want to make a fan webcomic about him and I want to know what happened to him? That's the only reason why I'm forcing myself to read this crap.
