So, in this omegaverse universe the marking is done by the omega and not alpha? Please elaborate more
The manga didn't mention it but I assume both omega and alpha can mark their partner.

I have read the novel till volume 4 chapter 5 (mtl so I might not get everything right)
- they started living together.Uke met the blond bodyguard Josh again in a park, he is Emma brother and an omega with a baby.
- The butler told the uke that they found DNA on the mark and will shortly find out who marked the seme. So the uke prepared to flee. The car given to him has tracker so he hired a thug to steal the car but got backlashed and the thug tried to rape him. He is rescued by the seme.
- uke drugged the seme, beat him, told him about the mark and the baby. Then left saying he is gonna have an abortion.
-uke live in small hotel and contact Josh to have the hospital contact for the abortion
- seme found the uke motel, uke fled to hide in a restaurant. He found out he became famous overnight there is a huge bounty to find him.
- He got caught by some random guys, josh send his friend Dane to rescue the uke.
- Dane took in the uke. Dane is a playboy but start having feeling for the uke.
- uke went to the hospital for abortion but changed his mind when he felt the baby moving.
- Seme found the uke. Because it is late he plan to take uke to one of his residence where he used to bring his previous partners. Uke is mad.

At this point I am starting to dislike the uke, firstly because he marked the alpha, alpha can only be marked and have children with one person while omega can mark several alphas. So basically uke is condemning the alpha to be without heir. His revenge is a bit too much, especially when the alpha started to spoil him and paid his loan. Secondly because his plan to flee are thoughtless really stupid. He needed to be rescued by the alpha (for the car) and then by Josh and Dane becoming a pregnant burden for others.

So, I am wondering if there any particular reason why the uke is very afraid of the seme knowing that he was marked by the uke? I mean what the worst that could happen other than the seme felt betrayed? if I understand correctly isn't it easier for the uke, like the uke did mention that he loves the seme and now the seme has no reasons to abandon him, I think an apology is enough to solve this matter, I guess the uke is letting his insecurities/infiriority gets the best of him, but I am glad that he at least didn't abort the baby because that would've made the matter worst, oh ma gosh, now, I really can't wait for more updates

I agree that omega's revenge was a bit too much, but I'm not entirely surprised...

So I read the raws and I found out some stuff
1. The Uke resigned but went back to work after the seme come and talk to him because of the other people cannot handle the workload ( Uke is a very experienced secretary and he left the job on short notice)
2. The Uke having a hard time going to work daily due to the PTSD. Seme found him in the car and called his personal doctor after the Uke telling him he got mental issues after that party.
3. Uke can only find comfort with Seme's alpha phenomenon and will reject others alpha. Because of this the seme also ask the Uke to stay with him at his house and take care of him.
4. There a reason why the seme going around finding women every week and this is due to Alpha characteristics. According to this manga, alpha won't get drunk and they have tolerance to poison? They heal fast too if they are injured. But the downside of being an Alpha is they need to release their phenomenon on a partner. Without releasing it, alpha will turn into a madman and go insane. (it not rut!). I think there no cure if they go insane and this is why finding partner every week is important if they don't have a fix partner.
5. Both the uke and seme went into mating season so they fck together. And they fck almost everytime so he didn't need a partner every week ( Uke is his fix partner)
6. Seme get really jealous when other girl show concern to the Uke and he even went panic mode when the Uke didn't pick up his phone but end up seeing him having lunch with the girl ( seme even bought food for him)
7. So one day the Uke got sick and he was bedridden for a few days and the Seme went for a business trip.
Uke went to pick him up at the airport and saw him with a woman and the Uke was so shock and ran away. Seme chase after him but the Uke refused to listen to him and seme being an asshole saying that he can't wait for a week without sex and stuff. Uke was totally broken and decided to end every shit with the seme.
8. Seme thought that the Uke will be alright with him soon but nope. Uke left his house and started to prepare woman listing for him like how it used to be and throw away an expensive gift that was given by the seme into the bin.
9. One night, the seme came over to the Uke house without his usual self conscious. They end up fcking and Uke decided to be an asshole too and mark the Seme. By the morning, the seme somehow end up at his own house. He woke up without his memory ( it is also smth that has to do with alpha characteristics) and he was mad that an Omega marked him. He tried many ways to find which omega actually marked him but he can't because he cannot remember anything.
10. So the latest raw shows that the Uke is pregnant with seme's kid. When the seme ask the Uke, he denied that the child is not his. Seme asked if the father of the child knew about it? And how is the father like? Uke said he didn't know and said that the child's father is a good and warm person.
With that the Uke wanted to resign but the seme ask him if he got enough money to cover for the kid. But the condition to get money support is for them get married. Uke was confused as he mention to him the kid is not his, why he would want to raise a kid that is not his? Seme didn't care and wanted the Uke stay by his side.
