i agree that it can have very harmful tropes but at the same time isn't that degrading yaoi to only sexualization when it can be just included sex scenes into the plot? Obviously, not all yaoi are harmful and some may even be realistic, ofc I do believe that there are harmful tropes but the generalization that yaoi is only about the sex in return is actually a fetishizing thing itself
