yes. even though the omega is recessive, they are still omega. also there are yaoi stories where a dom alpha and recessive omega got pregnant, and in omegaverse first genders aren't very important so your question being about females shouldnt really change from males
Omegaverse is really diverse, it really depends on the author of the story. It doesn't follow specific rules.
